Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the download and use of our digital palettes (the "Palette") provided by JAIC ("Company”). By downloading a Palette, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Final Sale Policy

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the digital palette. All purchases of digital palettes are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds or exchanges will be provided once the purchase is completed.

License & Usage

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Palette for personal use only.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital palette. This license is for personal and individual use only. Commercial use is prohibited. You may not:

·         Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the digital palette in any form.

·         Use the digital palette in any way that infringes on the copyright or intellectual property rights of JAIC

·         Claim the digital palette as your own work.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in our Palettes are owned by JAIC. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Palette.

Limitation of Liability

The Palette is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Palette.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Palette at any time, without notice, if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website. Continued use of the Palette following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
