Refund & Cancellation policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
I am committed to providing a high-quality colour analysis experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service, please let me know during the session. I will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
Standard Booking Refunds (Non-Voucher Booking)
For standard booking fees, a full refund is available within 14 days of payment (unless the booking date is within that time, in which case the cancellation policy below, applies). To request a refund, please email contact@colouranalysisberkshire.co.uk After this time, cancellation fees apply (see below).
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.
Voucher Refunds (Pre-Paid Credit)
Before a consultation date is secured the following applies:
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchasing a colour analysis voucher (unless a consultation date has been secured, in which case refer to the cancellation policy).
After 30 days, vouchers which have not been assigned a booking date are refundable minus a cancellation charge of £30.

All vouchers are valid for one year, from the date of payment received. After this date, the voucher is 100% non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Applicable to both standard or voucher bookings, once a consultation date/time has been confirmed:
Re-scheduling: If you need to reschedule your colour analysis session, please notify me at least 3 working days before your scheduled appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your new appointment date and time. Rescheduling you appointment more than once will incur a rescheduling fee of £30.
Cancellation Fee: If you must cancel your booking, I require a minimum of 3 working days notice before the scheduled appointment. If less than 3 day’s notice of cancellation is given, 100% of your total fee will be non-refundable. If more than 3 working days' notice is given, your fee will be refunded (however a cancellation charge of £30 will be deducted).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified and offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
Missed appointments without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
No refunds will be offered after the colour analysis consultation has been provided.
Pre-session Questionnaire
To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your preferences and lifestyle. The personal service of the session is based largely upon the information provided and the more accurate the questionnaire, the more accurate the styling and colour advice. If you do not complete this prior to your consultation, you will be asked to complete upon arrival and the resulting styling section of the session may be shorter in time and in detail. There will be no refund for reduced service in this circumstance.
